My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Straw
Nose: Vanilla, coconut, tropical and citrus fruit and a whiff of flowers.
Palate: Coconut, vanilla, mixed fruit cocktail with ginger and a hint of pepper.
Finish: Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: This duty free only bottling is not nearly as maritime as the standard Pulteney expressions. It’s not overly complex but very enjoyable anyway.
Rating: 82/100 – Price Tag $$$$$ – Value for your Money $$$$$
