My Tasting Notes:
Colour: Medium amber
Nose: Stewed apples, dark caramel, hints of banana, vanilla, nutmeg.
Palate: Honey, red apples, ripe banana, toffee, nutmeg, pepper and hints of chili.
Finish:Long, fruity and spicy.
Overall: The spices are quite dominant here, especially with a bit of water. The fruit flavours barely manage to keep up.
